I led the product design for SmartProperty’s native mobile application, a platform built to streamline property and project management for large-scale HOAs and private clubs.

Grounded in extensive user research with property managers, board members, and staff, I facilitated foundational discovery to identify key pain points and inform feature prioritization. From there, I defined the product vision, mapped core user journeys, and designed the end-to-end mobile experience—including task tracking, project oversight, vendor coordination, and real-time notifications.

Collaborating closely with engineering and business stakeholders, I translated operational complexity into a clean, intuitive interface purpose-built for on-the-go users managing high-volume property environments.
