I led product design for MyFlight, American Airlines’ native iOS application used by flight attendants to manage in-flight service and passenger interactions. My work focused on creating an intuitive, efficient interface that supports core workflows including tracking passenger details, placing and managing food and beverage orders, processing payments, and accessing real-time flight information.

Collaborating closely with American’s internal design team, product managers, and inflight operations stakeholders, I redesigned key workflows to streamline service delivery, reduce cognitive load, and enhance consistency across cabin classes. The result was a more modern, responsive user experience that empowered crew members to deliver faster, more personalized service—while also aligning with American’s broader digital transformation goals.
