I led the product design of BQE Software’s Core native mobile application, reimagining the company’s comprehensive business management platform as an intuitive, streamlined experience for professionals managing projects, time, expenses, billing, and financial operations on the go.

Beginning with user research and a thorough evaluation of existing workflows, I helped define the mobile product strategy, simplify complex interactions, and establish an information architecture tailored to the unique needs of mobile users. I designed key experiences across project management, time tracking, employee management, billing, and accounting, with particular attention to usability, visual hierarchy, and consistency. I also established reusable components and interaction patterns to support a scalable, cohesive design system.

Working closely with product management, engineering, and senior leadership, I helped translate a sophisticated enterprise SaaS platform into a polished, approachable mobile experience that made essential business information and functionality accessible wherever users needed it.
